Oscar Scarecrow Doll on Base is a freestanding scarecrow doll with a wood block base. Oscar is wearing burlap overalls that are accented by grungy jingle bells and an orange and black plaid shirt underneath. Scarecrow has raffia hands and hair, a burlap hat, black bead eyes with felt backing, a felt strip for a nose, and simple black stitching for a mouth. It has a paper name tag that is held by a safety pin and reads, "Oscar" in black text and it measures 19.5" high by 7" wide by 4" deep.
